The use of 360 surveys is common in business and with career development professionals and especially, career coaches. Competencies in the area of 360 development, administration, and use can distinguish you as a top level professional coach and business leader.

Tom Krapu, a long- time member of our ICF St. Louis Chapter is sharing his brilliance with us in a customized program hi-lighting the key details of his upcoming training on 360 Assessments, and how we can use this tool to enhance the learning and engagement of our clients.

About Tom Krapu

Tom is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and has served on ICF's Research Committee, including as committee chair and recently co-chaired ICF's Education Committee research track.  He is an experienced speaker, having presented at numerous National and International conferences and corporate events, including ICF's Research Symposium and Annual International Conferences. 
 
Trained as a counseling psychologist, Tom has worked in both academic and private sectors, drawing from his extensive practical and real world experience in his work with clients and as a consultant.
 
His professional coaching experience includes delivering international individual and group coaching initiatives in organizations from Fortune 50 companies and higher education settings to smaller for profit and nonprofit organizations and government, financial and healthcare sectors.
He has also provided individual coaching services to professional such as physicians and attorneys, as well as clergy from the congregational to the bishop level as well as to people in transition and entrepreneurs. He has trained "managers as coaches", has presented nationally to professionals transitioning to the coaching profession and teaches advanced curriculum on the coaching paradigm and development and use of 360 survey instruments.
