Hosts
:

Crystal Williams
As a coach, my philosophy is to make a positive impact by creating a safe space to share, being an honest thought partner, and fostering growth.  I apply neuroscience in coaching to facilitate client growth and support clients in building resilience as they experience personal transformation.

Tom Heimrich
My path to coaching is two-fold: I have always had a heart to serve, fulfilled most by investing in others, creating meaningful connections that I believe lead to peace, mutual respect, and understanding. Through personal experience, I'm passionate about primarily serving an adolescent population focused on self-discovery, aligning values with life choices, communication styles, and emotional intelligence.
