Meet Carson Cooper, PCC

Carson is the founder of Genius Unlocked Coaching Institute and has coached over 3,500 hours, transforming hundreds of clients’ lives. Carson is PCC through ICF. He has a MA in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding. He has trained and conducted mediations and coaching sessions with leaders in business, academics, and government agencies such as Kaiser, Arlington and San Diego County government, UCSD, USD, and SDSU. Carson has taught coaching and leadership skills in the United States and Europe. Carson is PCC mentor, has a Master Trainer Certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line TherapyⓇ, Hypnotherapy and several energy work modalities.
