Imagery helps people to describe their lived experiences – even those we don’t always have words for. Using images in the coaching process will give you the opportunity to readily bring the resources of their tacit knowledge to the coaching conversation, therefore deepening the conversation. This is a feat that might otherwise require much more time consuming and skilled coaching. Coaches can use this tool effectively in coaching via video conferencing platforms.
During this program participants will practice a coaching conversation using virtual image cards, debrief the conversation and learn the research behind using images.

Leonie Cutts is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), facilitator and co-creator of the CCS Cards. The CCS Cards and methodologies have been used all over the world, by a wide range of communication practitioners, including coaches, facilitators, counsellors, teachers and leaders. Leonie has created coaching methodologies using the CCS Cards, and written the self-coach guide, Career Catalyst.
