Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing is an evidenced based method that works on facilitating and engaging intrinsic motivation within the client in order to change behavior. MI is a goal-oriented, client-centered counseling style for eliciting behavior change by helping clients to explore and resolve ambivalence.

As coaches we develop skills to help move people forward.  When we help our clients resolve their ambivalence at the outset, we have a  much better
chance of helping them achieve their vision.  This helps meet the client where they are and provides them with a clearer sense of their readiness to address a desired change.

You will have a powerful opportunity to:

  • Enhance your listening,  reflecting and affirming skills
  • Learn how to generate Change Talk.

Join us for this interactive presentation where we will immediately put these new skills into practice!
