In this compelling presentation, Lisa will share with us 10 Resilience Strategies, as researched by the American Psychological Association, and explain how to foster them in your own life and coaching practice.

Join us as we engage in and learn numerous resilience techniques and strategies during this interactive learning experience. She will teach your group how to work with their neurobiology, not against it. Each attendee will develop a personal resilience toolkit so they can rise above the big and the little stresses of life.
