Through the survey earlier this year and other feedback, we understand many of you would like more in-person events to get to know others and do something different than gather around food. We've put our heads together and are excited to share the below details.
When: Saturday, September 30th at 10:00 am (weather permitting, the event will be canceled if it is raining)
Where: Faust Park, Chesterfield
What: Yoga (beginners welcome) 10:00-10:30 and Networking 10:30-11:00
Who: ICF STL members, guests, and others interested in learning more about the benefits of coaching
What to bring:
-yoga mat or towel
-water or coffee
