How to Use the ICF Code of Ethics
in Your Coaching Practice
This will be an Interactive conversation about using the ICF Code of Ethics effectively in your coaching practice. We'll analyze the Standards of Responsibility to the Client and use break-out sessions to examine case studies and determine possible approaches in handling ethical situations.
Learning Objectives:
1. How to describe the difference between ethics and morals
2. How to effectively use the ICF Code of Ethics in your Coaching Practice
3. Develop a better understanding of the Code with respect to "Responsibility to Clients"

Meet the Speaker: Bonnie Stith, PCC
Bonnie Stith is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Certified Mentor Coach and Certified Coach Supervisor. Her coaching passions are working with individuals looking to elevate their leadership skills—either in business or life. She also actively mentor and supervises coaches working to build their coaching skills or to level up their ICF credentials. She has served on the board of ICF Ohio Valley Chapter, including as President and VP of Programming, and actively engages with her local ICF Chapter. She speaks publicly and consults on leadership, organizational culture, and cyber security.
