Intro to Acceptance & Commitment Coaching
In this interactive workshop, coaches will explore the foundational principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and how they can enhance coaching conversations. Through experiential exercises and practical applications, participants will develop psychological flexibility—the key to helping clients navigate uncertainty, overcome mental roadblocks, and take values-driven action.
By the end of this session, coaches will:
1. Gain an introduction to the six core processes of ACT and their relevance to coaching.
2. Engage in hands-on ACT exercises to deepen self-awareness and presence.
3. Learn how to apply ACT principles in real-time coaching conversations to foster meaningful change.
This session is ideal for coaches looking to integrate evidence-based techniques into their practice to support client resilience, well-being, and performance.

Participants will earn .75 Core Competency and .75 Resource Development CCEs for attending this program.

Meet the Speaker Jory Stillman, MA, MCC
Jory Stillman, MA, MCC, is a Master Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) with a mission to help individuals create lives and careers filled with purpose, well-being, meaning, and impact. She specializes in holistic Executive, Leadership, Life, and Well-Being coaching, bringing a depth of experience mentoring ACC, PCC, and MCC candidates and serving as an active ICF assessor for over seven years.
