We are excited to invite you to a three-part, in person book club series exploring
Leadership and Self Development by The Arbinger Institute
Each meeting will focus on one of the book’s three sections. Tom will guide the conversation with thoughtful, provocative questions designed to help us dig into the material in meaningful ways. He will also bring personal experiences that illuminate the concepts and make them feel more real and applicable.
Beyond the content, the heart behind this book club is you. We’ve heard clearly that our community is craving more in person connection—spaces where you can feel seen, heard and part of something. Meeting face-to-face gives us the change to build genuine relationships and engage in conversations that feel safe and supportive.
This book is rich with insights about how we show in relationships and leadership. Discussing it with empathetic, reflective coaches—people who know how to listen, question, and explore—makes the experience even more powerful. We are truly excited to gather with you, create a safe space and learn together.
