Executive and leadership coach with over 25 years of corporate and professional leadership development experience who brings clients her ”super-powers” - creating space where clients can step back, think more strategically, and make grounded decisions that support both business growth and personal well-being.

I specialize in leadership development, executive transitions, and organizational culture development and am known for partnering with clients to navigate complexity, enhance performance, and support alignment of personal and organizational goals. My coaching is shaped by a strengths-based approach and insider understanding of how leadership unfolds in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
I hold PCC ICF coaching accreditation along with advanced coaching certifications in mentor coaching, supervision, and is an Executive Organizational Culture Coach.
