Using her broad multifunctional and corporate leadership experience, Beth has coached mid to senior level executives, emerging leaders, and new managers to tackle their toughest challenges and reach their ultimate goals. She’s partnered with leaders in large companies to scaling startups, across many industries and functions. Beth’s special expertise lies in guiding leaders of hybrid and remote teams to reach the highest levels of performance and collaboration.
Prior to 15+ years of leadership coaching, Beth’s background is unique in its depth and breadth across multiple functional areas. She built a 20-year track record leading sales, operations and marketing teams at two Fortune 250 companies and earned an “Excellence in Leadership” award, an honor bestowed on only a few executives worldwide. She holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and earned the ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation after lengthy training at iPEC.
