I help professionals seeking a change gain clarity by exploring possibilities and defining practical next steps.
I’m a straightforward, no-nonsense coach who believes clarity comes from reflection, honest conversation, and a willingness to do the work. I create a safe space where you can explore what’s possible and leave with a sense of direction you can act on. I find real joy in supporting others as they map their path forward — whether that means a career change, a new role, or a thoughtfully chosen next chapter.
I am a Certified Coach through Coach Training Alliance and have a deep passion for helping people operate from their strengths and core values.
Before coaching, I spent more than two decades in corporate leadership and enjoyed helping teams align their roles and careers with their strengths. I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA, and bring a practical approach to problem solving and decision making. I understand the realities of professional life — the pressure, the tradeoffs, and the responsibility that come with big decisions.
Now retired from corporate America, I’m intentionally exploring my own next chapter, guided by the same strengths and values I help my clients uncover.
