Anna Caryn Mefford is Founder & CEO of My Pocket CEO} a business idea sparked by 20 years of listening, learning and identifying strategies and winning solutions. Caryn uses the principles of Conscious Leadership to support Business Executive Leaders reach their business and personal growth goals.
Caryn has an acute interest in understanding the unique challenges that professionals and business owners face. Throughout her career she has developed a keen understanding about her client’s complex journey to success. Caryn’s unique coaching style combines tactical, specific and measurable strategies with intentional focus on leveraging critical thinking, emotional and somatic intelligence to achieve and integrated and aligned mindset into all and every part of the Business Achievement Plan. Her work with clients and organizations is co-creative and literally aligned with her own passion of helping each person realize their unlimited potential. Caryn is a cultivator of mindful leadership and organizational health. Her coaching work cultivates collaborative work culture, identifying foundational value based principles to guide the ship.
Caryn earned certification in Collaborative Coaching, Life Coaching, and Business Coaching by the Coaching Training Alliance. Caryn is an alumni of the Inner MBA, as well as earning certification from ieq9 Integrative, Conscious Leadership, and Mindful Leadership from Booth University. Caryn has a 20 year background in Digital Marketing, Strategic Planning, Delivering Superior Customer Experiences, Branding and Sales. Caryn has served in leadership roles for several non-profit boards including the Edwardsville Art Center, The Edwardsville Children’s Museum, the American Parkinson’s Disease Association and is currently Grants Chair for the Edwardsville Community Foundation.
