ICF St. Louis Charter Chapter Mission

The ICF St. Louis Charter Chapter advances the art, science, practice, and success of professional coaching throughout the Greater St. Louis metropolitan area, the surrounding regions of eastern Missouri, southern Illinois, and those portions of Iowa and Arkansas not served by any other ICF chapter. We are committed to cultivating an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming coaching community that reflects the diversity of our region and the world. Through intentional programs, partnerships, and leadership practices, we foster connection, empower growth, and create opportunities for every coach to thrive. We integrate inclusion and belonging as essential elements to professional excellence—and foundational to empowering individuals, organizations, and communities through coaching.

ICF St. Louis Chapter Chapter Vision

ICF St. Louis is an inclusive and welcoming coaching community where every coach feels seen, supported, and empowered to lead with purpose. Together, we strengthen the Greater St. Louis region by expanding the recognized value of coaching, empowering individuals, organizations, and communities to grow, thrive, and create meaningful impact through the power of coaching.
