Biography
Background:
I am a seasoned coach who works with executives at all levels, including those who aim to reach the executive level. As an Executive Coach, I will work closely with you to identify your goals, discover your true potential, and help you achieve your desired results. I will challenge you and support you in reaching your defined goals.
I work with clients in long term arrangements and I serve clients who may seek a single coaching session. In person and phone coaching is available which means that geography is not a constraint.
In addition to my coaching practice, I am an adjunct professor at Maryville University and Fontbonne University in the organizational leadership and behavior programs. Until recently, I worked at The Boeing Company as an Executive Coach and as an organizational development specialist.
