Biography

Linda Goldstein is a consultant, leadership coach, and public speaker. She is President and Founder of Linda Goldstein Consulting and helps businesses, municipal governments, and individuals work more effectively through strategic planning, leadership development programs, and personal and team coaching.
Linda has more than twenty years of multi-disciplinary senior level leadership and draws on her experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors to help clients overcome obstacles and achieve their goals.
Prior to founding her consulting firm, Linda served as an elected official in the City of Clayton for fourteen years. She led the city as Clayton’s first woman mayor and was known for her ability to build consensus in order to achieve bold and transformative community initiatives.
In the private sector, Linda managed a commercial flooring, maintenance, and tile restoration business. She consistently achieved profitable results, often exceeding industry standards, and earned a national reputation for best practices in her industry.
Linda has served in leadership positions on a number of public commissions and non-profit boards; she is currently on the boards of The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis and Central Institute for the Deaf.
Awards include the St. Louis Business Journal’s 25 Most Influential Women in Business,Coro Leadership Center’s Outstanding Alumni Award, and Winning Women’s Public Service Award. Linda was named one of the Most Influential St. Louisans by the St. Louis Business Journal for six consecutive years.
Linda Goldstein is a native of Chicago, Illinois. She earned a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and a master’s degree in counseling psychology from St. Louis University.
