Amy started her career working in organizational design and development and has spent over 25 years achieving powerful results as a leader across various industries including Consumer Products, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Technology; leveraging her functional experience in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT. This broad and deep business experience enriches her effectiveness as a coach.

Paying It Forward
Amy believes in giving back to the community and invests her energy in building the next generation of leaders. She is a member of the Boettcher Foundation and provides coaching to scholars, fellows, and alumni through their Coaching Corps. She is very active in children’s education, including starting an experiential learning program and supporting outward bound scholarships. She believes you get out of this world what you are willing to put into it…and as a coach she makes a difference every day. She enjoys investing in both the leaders of today and the leaders of tomorrow – coaching CEOs to college scholars. As she helps each individual, there is a ripple impact to others. She gets to Pay It Forward…Exponentially!

I speak directly to the most important things, challenging my clients to name and change their limiting beliefs. I meet them where they are and create a safe space. I listen at a deep level, and we get to the root of it...to the heart of it.
While we go after that deep inner work, I throw them lifelines…bringing proven frameworks and tools they can immediately use...from team management to change management to time management.
