Biography
Christy has over twenty years of experience in leadership roles, where she has cultivated strong relationship building, deep listening skills, and effective goal setting processes. Helping people define what's most important to them and then guiding them through the process of reaching their goals has been the highlight of her personal and professional career. Her doctoral degree in educational leadership focused strongly on growth mindset, change management, and transformation, and her continued work with the Enneagram, Positive Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, 4 Disciplines of Execution, the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, and Strengths-Based Leadership and Parenting positions Christy's approach with clients. She believes clients are capable and whole, and her role is to facilitate the transformation and growth they've identified as most important.
